Few years back, while doing spring cleaning for my family, I hurt my neck by carrying heavy stuff, my posture of carrying things is wrong. 

When the pain strikes me, it is a 9.5/10 pain, really unbearable. It feels like my neck is being strangled or feels like it is almost broken. My neck gets relieved after massages but the pain always returns, and the videos that I shared below helps me, at least it ease the pain for a day.

After going to many massages and 2 chiropractors, one is natural healing, which is not suitable for me. 

 I have finally found a chiropractor, Dr Bryan who helped me solved my problem. With rounds of adjustments, my back pain and neck has recovered. I did an x-ray for my neck and back, and he suggested me to do some neck exercise with a "pillow", according to my neck problem. I felt very much relieved from the pain.

Living with the pain for 2 years is really unimaginable, I am glad that this "pillow" neck exercise eventually helped me. The solution for my problem is 1) chiropractor adjustments 2) x-ray 3) neck exercise recommended by my chiropractor based on my neck problem.
