Cracked feet

In the past, I used to go to nail salon but the package is quite expensive. Sometimes they will use the blade to cut away the some skin on your feet, which is not recommended, if the pedicurist is not skilled, the skin grow back is thicker and if she remove too much skin, it gets itchy. I also get some infection, develop rashes if the pedicurist does not disinfect her tools.

Bought this foot file which is good, normally when I shower, I will file my foot. By doing this step whenever I am free, I do not find a need to make a trip to the nail salon. My feet is full of cracks, and I like to wear slippers, if dirt gets into the crack, is hard to get it out. 

To clean my feet if it gets too dirty, I will use put some isopropyl alcohol on cotton wool and wipe my feet. I will usually use a nail clipper to clip away any excess skin.
