Resilience

Resilience Leader - able to walk out of the water & bringing along the people with the leader

Resilience Person - adapt quickly in ant situation, can change directions and bounce back.

Self - resiliency Model - Relationship with self, Relationship with the world (Skills in embracing change & Transition), Relationship with others

Relationship with Self (Mi Yen Low, 2010)

Self care- Healthy Eating, Exercise regularly, 7-8 hours of sleep, Traffic light (Green, Yellow, Red) as Self - Temperature for stress.

Express yourself - Practice Assertiveness skills, reach out to someone (including professional(s) when stress

Loving others without losing yourself - self compassion (Neff, K.D.)

Fulfilment of self - Spiritual  practices of one's own faith, Gratitude practice ( Seligman. M & Emmons, R.A.)
