Layer endoflex and PPP on the bikini triangle area (ovarian  area see pic) and lowest spina spot (lower back). 2-3 drops each

1. 1-2 pumps of Celite magic massage oil on palm and 2-3 drop of PPP, apply as above.
2. 1-2 pumps of Celite magic massage oil on pam, add 2-3 drops of endoflex apply as above

Optional

Add 80 drops of Endofex to Young Living shower gel base
-Shower daily to balance overall health
