I will dedicate a page to write about healing thyroid, as I need to improve on my health. Some of my lifestyle change:
- Take 2 Brazil nuts daily for selenium intake - Take multivitamin, Algae supplement, adrenal support supplement, Resveratrol, turmeric daily
- Exercise daily, 10,000 steps
- Correct posture as my posture is quite bad
- Eating sea weed but not excessive
